No, your skin tone remains the same, although you may find your wow colours change as you tan.
Again your skin tone doesn’t change, but you may find that different colours from your palette suit you better as you get older. In addition, hair that has gone grey can have an impact on what suits you best. You might want to have a refresher session as you get older, to find out how your colours might be shifting within your palette.
